These Terms govern your use of frigama.com. By using the site, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
02. What Frigama provides
Frigama is a video discovery website that organizes and describes selected, publicly available third-party videos. We provide browsing, search, on-device saved videos and watch history. We do not host the embedded videos and do not require an account or paid subscription.
03. Acceptable use
You may use Frigama for lawful, personal purposes. You must not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, deploy malware, scrape at a disruptive scale, bypass security measures, misrepresent an affiliation with Frigama, or use the service in a way that violates applicable law or another person's rights.
04. Content and intellectual property
Frigama's original design, branding, organization and editorial text are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Embedded videos, thumbnails, names and related materials belong to their respective creators or platforms. Inclusion does not transfer ownership to Frigama or imply endorsement.
Video availability is controlled by the source platform or rights holder and may change without notice.
05. Third-party services
The site links to and embeds services we do not control, including YouTube. Your interaction with a third-party service is governed by that provider's terms and privacy practices. Review them before use.

Frigama is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or the accuracy and continued availability of third-party material.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Frigama and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
